Tecolote Canyon Golf Course Reviews

Nick C. from San Diego

It’s pretty bare bones. Most of the holes are pretty short on the course. It’s pretty narrow, the pin of one hole will be next to the tee box for the next so you better know why you’re doing. If you like to drink while you play you’ll have to be inconspicuous as they don’t allow outside drinks and there’s no drink cart.

Had a t time scheduled for 11:40 am , by the time we got to the counter it was 11:45 . The guy says well your late ….. now you need to catch up and pair up with the people on hole 2. Wow 5 min and they give no grace … they saw us there too …. And FYI You can not bring in your bag of drinks.

Justin R. from San Diego

Just played a round and the greens keeper was actively watering the tee boxes and greens as we were on the hole. He would then get upset cause a chip shot would almost hit him. Later in the round he told us we need to speed up our play cause we had a couple groups behind us and half of our slow play was due to waiting on home to stop watering so we could use the tee box or the greens. I have never seen someone water the the greens and tee boxes in the middle of the day especially while people are actively on the hole. This level of unprofessional is remarkable. This is the worst experience I’ve had on a course ever.
